Laparoscopic appendectomy for uncomplicated appendicitis in obese children

Since 2005 in pediatric surgery department were treated 10 children at the age 9-14 years with obesity (4) in a combination with appendicitis that underwent laparoscopic appendectomy. The authors did the comparative analysis of medical-diagnostic stages between traditional and laparoscopic appendectomy at the children with obesity and appendicitis without complication.
