Лапароскопическая спленэктомия при изолированном саркоидозе селезенки. Клинический случай

Представленный в настоящей статье клинический случай иллюстрирует одно из редких проявлений системного саркоидоза - изолированное поражение саркоидозом селезенки. У пациентки 36 лет на основании анамнестических сведений и данных предоперационного инструментального обследования заподозрено неспецифическое гранулематозное поражение селезенки. Выполнено оперативное вмешательство в объеме лапароскопической спленэктомии с последующей морфологической верификацией диагноза. По данным патогистологического исследования установлен диагноз саркоидоза селезенки. Пациентка выписана в удовлетворительном состоянии на 6-е сутки.
