Latent conflicts in the assessment of the socio-political situation

The article deals with the main aspects of the political culture, that assessed the role and typological groups (on the moral consciousness) in different socio-economic and political situations. The author studies the place of liberty and the fall of the value of labour in the society that leads to the cognitive dissonance. However, enlightened community, technical specialists, lower-level managers offer options for pulling out of the crisis. The author assess the social situation and the factors of promotion of the political favorites.
