Measurement of reaction time is widely used as a criterion for sensory sensitivity, for assessment of central nervous system (CNS) functional condition and for analysis of cognitive processes and individual distinctions (1, 2, 3). Primary consideration of reaction time as a component of such physical quality as speed does not reduce the importance of characterological knowledge obtained during its studying and revealing the factors that have influence on the efficiency of its manifestation. This is the reason of great attention to studying of the latent period of motor reaction (LPMR) as a compound indicator of speed.
