On the basis of semiconducting laser with radiation wavelength equal 0.63 0.68 microns and fiber-optic system of transporting of a laser radiation is created the trial plant for laser diagnostic of a state of biological samples. The singularities of a backscatter of the low intensive laser radiation by a liquid biological medium with the formed scattering centers in it are studied.
