Physical therapy for heart rhythm disorders in students

This article examines the methodology for the use and implementation of medical physical culture among students with diseases of the cardiovascular system, in particular with cardiac arrhythmias, as well as the role of physical exercises in the prevention, rehabilitation and treatment of heart diseases. The types of arrhythmias are described in detail: tachycardia, AV - blockade, atrial fibrillation, sick sinus syndrome, atrial flutter, the causes of these pathologies are indicated. The authors have developed a set of exercise therapy exercises for students with cardiac arrhythmias, given recommendations and rules for performing exercises, indicated contraindications to classes. The work pays attention to the issue of prevention of diseases of the cardiovascular system in young people in the context of the educational process.
