Therapeutic exercise as a means for preventing cardiovascular diseases

At present, the problem of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases is acute, since the meekness in Russia for these types of diseases is extremely high. Russia is significantly ahead of European countries in mortality from cardiovascular diseases. Of particular importance is the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, as well as treatment with the help of means and methods of physiotherapy exercises. The presented article examines the specificity and features of the implementation of methods and means of physiotherapy exercises for cardiovascular diseases.
