Treatment strategy of the Mallory-Weiss syndrome

The work is based on the results of treatment of 2127 patients with Mallory-Weiss syndrome from 1979 to 2009. Endoscopic classification of mucous breaks localization against to the esophagogastric junction in accordance with vascular areas of this region was developed. The necessity of miniinvasive endosurgery interventions on the mucous membrane ruptures with endoscopic stigmats F IIA, F IIB to reduce bleeding recurrences. Based on our research identified the optimal amount of diagnostic and treatment tactics at Mallory-Weiss syndrome, using of which has improved the results of treatment.
