Therapeutic and preventive effectiveness of the new antiseptic agent Rekobact in cattle necrobateriosis

The article presents a study of the therapeutic and prophylactic efficacy of the new antiseptic agent Recobact in case of necrobacteriosis in cattle. Production tests have established that the therapeutic efficacy of a 5 % solution of the antiseptic agent Recobact in case of necrobacteriosis in cattle varies from 85,7 to 100 % in various farms. The use of hoof baths with 2 and 5 % aqueous solutions of the drug, twice a week for 2 months, reliably protects livestock from necrobacteriosis.
