Medical preventive nutrition as a factor increasing the adaptive capacity of workers of oil and gas complex

According to the conducted radiation-hygienic monitoring of oil and gas facilities, areas of equipment contaminated with natural radionuclides were identified; detailed analysis of doses of external and internal exposure of the personnel as well as radiation doses during defectoscopy was carried out. By reference to these data, the authors substantiated the system of preventive measures with the use of diet No. 1 of preventive nutrition system for the studied category of workers.
