Тhe article examines the medicinal properties of Capparis spinosa and their importance in agricultural technology and agriculture. Capparis spinosa - unblown buds of a caper bush, a genus of plants in the caper family. Capparis spinosa up to 7 mm in diameter have the greatest value in cooking. Their color ranges from green to bluish. After picking, Capparis spinosa are pickled in vinegar and salt or salted, they are not consumed fresh.
Rutin, quersetin, staxidrin, capridin, saponin, flavonoid, coumarin, vitamins c (ascorbic acid), asthma, hemorrhoids and is used for other diseases
