Treatment of complicated ulcernal disease of the twelfth diagnostic path: modern trends in therapeutic and surgical practice

The article analyzes the reasons for the growth of complicated forms of duodenal ulcer, as well as the main complications - gastrointestinal bleeding and perforated ulcers. The results of observation of 61 patients with complicated course of duodenal ulcer and duration of anamnesis from 1 to 24 years are presented.
