The article describes a clinical case of successful endovascular closure of renal artery aneurysm complicated by arterial-venous fistula. Arteriovenous fistulas are formed as a consequence of various traumas or congenital pathology and lead to venous hypertension due to stagnation of blood in the venous system. Venous hypertension, in turn, can lead to destabilization of pressure and hematuria.
