Лечение простой хронической нестабильности локтевого сустава

Простая хроническая нестабильность локтевого сустава является одной из актуальных проблем в современной травматологии в связи с тем, что стандартная тактика ведения пациентов с травматическими повреждениями локтевого сустава вследствие вывиха, сводящаяся к его устранению, иммобилизации верхней конечности и последующей разработке движений в суставе, чаще всего не учитывает повреждение конкретных мягкотканых структур. При несвоевременном обращении за квалифицированной помощью, при поздних или неудачных попытках устранения вывиха костей предплечья, реже при хронической травматизации связочного аппарата локтевого сустава во время занятия некоторыми видами может сформироваться одно главных неприятнейших осложнений, а именно, хроническая нестабильность. В данной статье рассмотрены основные виды хронической нестабильности локтевого сустава, проанализированы подходы к ведению пациентов с простой хронической нестабильностью. Несмотря на не очень большую встречаемость данной патологии, эффективность современных вариантов хирургического лечения, направленных реконструкцию связочного аппарата локтевого сустава, процент неудовлетворительных результатов лечения простой хронической рецидивирующей и постоянной нестабильности локтевого сустава остается высоким.
