Legalization of mining in Russia as a counteraction to the financing of terrorism

The active use of cryptocurrency in financial transactions, on the one hand, simplifies this process, and on the other hand, creates certain risks. The relevance of the problem is dictated by the lack of legislative regulation in the Russian Federation of the economic turnover of cryptocurrencies and the use of crypto technologies in the credit and financial system. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that, along with the advent of the new currency, criminal threats to the economic security of the country associated with the financing of terrorism arose.
