Legalization of the self-employed population as a tool of combating the shade employment in the labor market

The article examines the legalization of the self-employed population as an instrument of combating shadow employment in the labor market of the Russian Federation. The analysis of effectiveness of implemented measures on legalization, identified existing problems and proposed measures to eliminate them.
