Retrospective analysis of Ki-67, p53, BCL-2, Ag-NOR-proteins expression in tumor cells and adjacent myometrium was carried out. With regard to unchanged myometrium, leiomyosarcoma was characterized by significant increase in Ki-67 expression to 24,8 ± 7,4 % in 71,1 ± 6,7 % of cases and BCL-2 expression to 72,6 ± 6,1 % in 71,1 % of cases as well as by p53 hyperexpression to 14,5 ± 4,5 % and increase in the level of Ag-NOR-proteins to 23,7 ± 2,9. Multi-factor regression analysis of prognostic significance of investigated markers by Cox for 10-year recurrence-free survival of patients having sarcoma demonstrated that Ki-67 expression of more than 12,2 %, decrease in or absence of BCL-2 expression, p53 hyperexpression and increase in the level of Ag-NOR proteins more than 23,6 were the factors of unfavorable prognosis. However, only the number of Ag-NOR-proteins at index of χ²=16,8 (р=0,00007) was independent prognostic factor in patients with lemiosarcoma of the uterus.
