Drug therapies and activities associated with the risk of being contaminated with infectious diseases as the sources of increased danger: issues of classification and legal regulation

This article studies some issues of classifying certain types of medical activities as the sources of increased danger. In particular, it is referred to drug therapies and activities associated with the risk of being contaminated with infectious diseases. The authors note the absence of the classification of medicines according to criteria for risk causing harm in the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
