The vocabulary of the samara dialects in areal and typological aspect

This article describes the results of mapping of the Samara dialects vocabulary from the point of view of area interpretation of dialectal features. Linguistic maps reflect the lexical characteristics, extend the typology of Samara dialects and have diagnostic capabilities which alongside with the facts of other levels of the language can be used in a comprehensive characterization of the dialects of the individual territories including such a linguistically complex Samara Volga region.
