Lexical and syntactic features in Saki's stories

The article is devoted to lexical and syntactic features in the stories of G. H. Munro. The writer's works are distinguished by satire and the use of different marked units. The use of these units is illustrated on the material of such stories as «The Open Window», «The Interlopers», «The Lumber Room», “The Background” и «Reginald in Russia».
