In this article there is a task to consider and describe the process of the embodiment of the image in 3 dimensions by children of 3-7 years as a universal mean of their development and knowledge of the surrounding reality. When solving this problem, specifics of the considered age are taken into account, which impose objective limitations and priorities according to the priority activities of the age. Molding develops a concrete sense perception of the surrounding world. The task of an adult is to add an understanding of the world in cause-effect relationships. The development of 3 dimensional-spatial perception in pre-school age is considered as the basic for further development of the sense of space, spatial imagination, understanding of the form and its embodiment in specific images, both in real threedimensional images and on a piece of paper. Special attention is paid to the enormous gnoseological potential of the process of working with 3-D images (molding from plasticine and designing from paper). The ability of children of preschool age to assimilate formal moments that are far ahead of their preparedness for understanding contents is emphasized. It is expressed in imitation of an adult. This feature should prevent from showing primitive ways of doing things. The child should receive from the adult samples of molding works very close to sculpture works, which in turn form an aesthetic relation to the depicted natural forms and phenomena. Favorable conditions for the enrichment and development of the child's psyche are created in the process of molding, which is considered not only for the development of the motor skills, but primarily as the development of perception, the thinking that it embodies at the fingertips. Practice shows that under the condition of frequent contact with plasticine, the surrounding motivates the child to actively look for images that he could embody. The display of the world at the same time is recognized in detail, accurately and truthfully.
