Influence of processes in the oceans and atmosphere on forest fire situation in the Far East

The article contains research results on the influence of the oceans (North Atlantic and North-West Pacific) and atmospheric circulation in the Northern Hemisphere middle latitudes on forest fire situation in large areas of the Far East. It is proposed to consider the expansion coefficients according to natural constituents of the two oceans surface fields of temperature anomalies as the main predictor for the forest fire drought index. The atmospheric circulation in the Aleutian depression area is considered by the author as an additional factor.
