Persons authorized to file applications to contest the debtor’s transaction

In this article, the author analyzes persons authorized to submit applications for contesting the debtor's transaction. In the work, it is concluded that the key subject of submitting an application for the recognition of the transaction is invalid is the bankruptcy trustee, directly obliged to manage the bankruptcy procedure, act in the interests of other creditors and dispute transactions in order to replenish the bankruptcy estate.
