License agreement in the digital era: current issues of law enforcement

The article examines the significance of the licensing agreement as an instrument for the alienation of the results of intellectual activity within the framework of Russian civil circulation. The legal nature of the license agreement is investigated, a comparative analysis of the license agreement and related contractual structures is carried out. Based on the legal positions developed in judicial practice, exclusive and non-exclusive licenses are compared.
