Personal safety of Interior Ministry employees

This article raises the issue of ensuring the personal safety of Interior Ministry employees in the context of the physical safety of professionals. A research question is raised about the differentiation of scientific definitions of "personal safety" and "professional safety", a theoretical analysis of the main risks and threats to the personal safety of Interior Ministry employees in the discourse of ensuring public order is conducted, and mechanisms for achieving a high level of personal safety are considered. As a result, measures have been developed to improve the working conditions of Interior Ministry employees in the context of personal security.
