Personality of the criminal committing the wrong acts provided in art. 186 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Counterfeiting is still one of the important problems of any state. And the study of the identity of the counterfeiter plays an important role in the fight against this studied phenomenon. The author of this article examines certain criminological aspects that are associated with the characterization of the personality of a criminal who commits illegal acts under Art. 186 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
