A person in a system of the national security policy in the context of the modern metaparadigm

Article discusses correlation of personality and state in the context of policy of nationality security. Paradigm that determines participation of personality in politics is analyzed. Thesis of existing paradigms, such as geopolitical and biopolitical, behavioral, psychological, social, legal, rationally critical is generalized and summarized. The author made an assumption that conventional consideration of existing paradigm is isolated and independent, because this paradigm is determined by methodological component.
