The identity of the perpetrator and its research in sentencing

The article is devoted to the study of the identity of the perpetrator in sentencing. The author examines the concept and value of the personality of the perpetrator. An assessment of the identity of the perpetrator in sentencing is given. The proposal on the need to enshrine the notion of the person guilty in the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation is justified.
