Personal determination of teacher self-regulation according to individual typological features

The article deals with personal aspects of teacher self-regulation according to individual typological features. The results of research in Ulan-Ude reveal the correlation between the scales of self-regulation and personality variables. It is found that personality variables of teachers determine individual features of their regulation style, its personal touch. Correlation analysis shows that teacher conscious self-regulation is influenced by personal characteristics and emotional states. It is concluded that there are statistically significant correlations of these factors with structural and level characteristics of self-regulation system of different types of teachers. In general, factor structure of teachers’ personality indices suggests that self-regulation is more influenced by emotional and substantive aspects of personality.
