Personal anxiety and regulation of emotional states of military personnel in the performance of professional activities

This article presents an empirical study to identify the relationship between personal anxiety and the regulation of emotional states of military personnel in their professional activities. The results of the study showed that there is a negative relationship between personal anxiety and refocusing on planning, self-blame, positive revision, as well as a positive relationship between personal anxiety and blaming others for an unfavorable situation. At the same time, there is a negative relationship between personal anxiety and emotional intelligence, as well as a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and cognitive reappraisal.
