Personal-professional development of specialists with socioeconomic specialisation during courses of further education

The article deals with the problem of personal-professional development of specialists with socioeconomic specialisation going through the phase of qualification improvement. Theoretical approaches to this problem are discussed; author’s interpretation and a model for personal-professional development are presented. Results of empirical study focused on specifics of specialists’ further education are interpreted; structure and levels of self-development during the process of getting further education are described.
