Personal determinants of psychological well-being of tutors of the preschool educational organizations

Psychologically successful tutor capable to create conditions in which it isn't terrible to pupils to be mistaken and discuss where development of new knowledge and abilities is not so much the purpose, how many means of self-development of all participants of educational space becomes a key figure of this process. With respect thereto there is a need of studying of personal qualities which influence the aspiration of the tutor to reach and maintain psychological wellbeing as a condition of successful professional and pedagogical performance.
