Personal choices in situations of alternative decisions

The article discusses the human motivation in choosing solutions in situations of «double requirement»: when there are both «normative» and situational demands. The problem of fulfilling the standards and their relevance, and the issue of considering the criterion of adequacy of behavior in non-standard situations remain intractable. Both the unconditional adherence to regulatory stereotypes, ignoring requirements arising spontaneously in a life situation and the unreasonable human tendency to disregard the existing social norms of behavior do not meet the criteria of adequate human interaction. Since human behavior is implemented in a large scope: from the rule “in no case one may violate it” to the rule “in no case one may observe it» the existing rules must be promptly corrected according to certain events so that they do not conflict with their objective function and maintain optimal interaction between people.
