Personal non-property rights and ways to protect them

This article attempts to formulate the concept of personal non-property rights. The concepts of "non-property rights" and "intangible benefits" are considered and differentiated by the method of comparative analysis. The methods of protection of personal non-property rights, the features of some methods of protection are described. The relevance of this work lies in the fact that non-property rights consolidate the foundations of the legal status of an individual in society. Thus, the measure of individual freedom in society must be directly projected onto the measure of justice and freedom of society itself.
