An officer’s personal example as the means of educating military contract servicemen

The article focuses on the approaches to the study of an officer’s personal example, defines the notions of “an officer’s personal example”, “method of education” and “an officer’s personal example as the means of educating military servicemen”. The psychological and pedagogical research conducted, the authors set forth the influence an officer’s personal example renders to the education of military contract servicemen at the Internal Troops of the Russian Interior Ministry as an educative method.
