Leadership role of a leader in public service

Today, the concept of leadership is one of the main personal values. A true leader must have the ability to find an approach to people, advise competently, as well as be able to motivate and demonstrate their leadership qualities. The article examines the essence of leadership in the public service system. The primary, in our opinion, characteristics and ways of improving the leadership qualities of managers have been identified. The formation of leadership qualities among managers and the measures taken to form effective leadership in Russia will contribute to the qualitative renewal of the country.
