This article describes the changing of social-psychological meaning of leadership in modern organizational environment. It designates the reasons for growing value of team-aligned leadership and team-aligned management. Also it shows how experience of different companies influenced the modern leadership theory. Ideas concerning the progress trends of leaders' roles in organization's internal environment, when leadership skills not only of supervisors, but also of employees can be developed. Organizational management is considered as a complex realization of direction and leadership functions.
