The fever of unknown genesis is in clinic of the infection diseases

The retrospective analysis of 41 clinical records of the patients hospitalized in an infectious hospital with the preliminary diagnosis- the fever of unknown genesis is presented in the article. The diagnosis of infectious diseases has been established at 59 per cent of the patients, and the diagnosis of infectious diseases was excluded at 41 per cent of the patients.
