Quantitative and structural characteristics of bacterioplankton community in several lakes of the Southeast part of the National Park "Samarskaya Luka" were investigated. The results showing the seasonal dynamics and size structure of bacterial community of water bodies of Volga floodplain, terrace and Zhiguli karsts height are given.
