Linguistic aspect of establishment of neoclassic rationality

General trends of moder transformation of rationality image are introduced in the article. An emphasis is paid to the meaning of linguistic turnaround in formation of neoclassic rationality. It is shown that topical understanding of language contents and rethinking of its value in the XX century became one of the sources of revision of epistemological paradigm of neoclassic rationality.
