The article describes the features of the teacher’s professional oral speech. In this regard, the article considers the conditions for successful communication, the notion of “speechculture”, its aspects, the basic requirements for good speech. Defining “the teacher’s professional speech” the author singles out structural units of professional speech. These areimpact, interaction; product-text; rhetoric meansconnected with communicative, professional, rhetorical spheres. Along with such features as scientific character, simplicity, use of visual methods, the author emphasizes the main feature of the professional speech: interaction of communicative, rhetorical and professional spheres, this feature points to the sample of the teacher’s speech.
