Linguocultural globalization as one of the aspects of globalization (to the problem statement)

The article considers the issue of linguocultural globalization within the framework of the study of the problem of correlation and interaction of language and culture. It was revealed that linguocultural globalization, one of the aspects of globalization, is not a new phenomenon (in the course of history, similar phenomena were observed: Hellenization, Latinization, Arabization, Islamization, Christianization, Balkanization, Sovietization), and also that globalization linguistics is a promising direction of modern research, the main tasks which is a description of the assimilation and resistance of the language to globalization processes.
