Linguocultural peculiarities of English humor (on the example of stand-up comician statements)

English humor is one of the most mysterious phenomena. It can be attributed to the special flow of world culture. For the English, this is part of their daily life. But for other peoples, English humor is quite specific, based on many aspects, such as game words, self-irony and other puns. The purpose of this work is to study the peculiarities of English humor on the example of stand-up comedians. In the work were used such research methods as: analysis, synthesis, classification, description, interpretation.
