Linguistic culturology of law and juridical linguistic culturology: two types of legal consciousness

The author proves that law as science, legal practice and legal consciousness is the binary object of linguistic culturology of law. Commonplace notions about law are based upon the “sense of justice”. Therefore, from the point of view of linguistic culturology the Russian commonplace notions about law predominate over legal phenomena.
