Statement of the problem. The article is devoted to the description of the linguo-personological aspects of the composition of the famous judicial orator A.F. Koni’s speeches for prosecution. The relevance of the problem under consideration is due to the fact that the knowledge of this kind of eloquence helps young professionals acquire the necessary knowledge in creating high-impact speeches for defense or prosecution. The purpose of this article is to present an attempt to identify and compare the features of the compositional organization of the court accusatory speeches of the named speaker. Today, disciplines such as linguopersonology, pragmalinguistics, psycholinguistics are actively developing, so many researchers pay attention to linguistic and communicative personalities, including works devoted to the study of the speeches by A.F. Koni (L.I. Timofeeva, Z.V. Baisheva, O.V. Demidov, S.A. Kolesnikov and others). However, in these scientific works there is only a linguo-stylistic analysis of individual speeches or a description of the features of the narrative. This article presents a comparative analysis of the composition of two pragmatically significant speeches by A.F. Koni. This analysis was carried out within the framework of the descriptive method in all its implementations. The analysis showed that, despite the differences in the construction of the two accusatory speeches, both speeches are distinguished by impeccable logical presentation, convincing and carefully thought-out arguments based on an objective examination of evidence and a masterful analysis of the psychological state of the participants in the proceedings.
