Surfactant lipids and lungs water balance at increase of GABA and glutamate cerebral level

Бесплатный доступ

Research of surfactant lipids and water balance of lungs at microinjections of GABA or L-glutamate in liquor of brain lateral ventricle is conducted. It is established that activation of GABAergic system led to oppression of synthesis and fractional imbalance of alveolar lipids, decrease in superficial activity of surfactant against intensification of phospholipase hydrolysis processes and blood supply of lungs. Activation of glutamatergic neuromediation was followed by increase in production of phospholipids in the conditions of decrease in processes of their catabolism with preservation of surface-active properties of surfactant in combination with hydropenia of pulmonary tissue.
