Deprivation of liberty as type of the penalties for crimes of negligence

This article analyzes the results of the penalty of deprivation of liberty in the formulations of crimes committed through negligence. We consider the withdrawal of several works on the criminal and penal law on ineffective type of punishment. Study of law and practice of execution of imprisonment, which shall be served in open prisons, leads him to the firm conviction that the imprisonment in a penal colony is not an effective measure to combat Crime in general and crimes committed by negligence, in particular, as a punitive aspect of punishment is much milder imprisonment being served in other prisons.
