The literary heritage of the Adyghe people in the Russian translation

Review of the book by Oleksa Kiriy, in which the manuscript “Adyghe Folk Songs and Legends” (translated into Russian) is published. This book was signed for publication in June 1941, but never saw the light. The other part of the book is an epic poem “Adygeya” which includes the narratives of the heroic history of one of the most ancient peoples of the North Caucasus. This work has become accepted as a literary monument of the 1930s - mid-1940s.
