Literature review: GR technologies in corporate governance

In the context of a rapidly changing regulatory environment and the growing role of the state in business regulation, GR (Government Relations) technologies have become a crucial tool of corporate governance. This article provides a literature review of current approaches to GR as a strategic function integrated into a company’s management system. The paper examines key GR instruments (lobbying, government communication, legislative monitoring, and participation in public consultations), organizational integration models, and ethical and transparency issues. Special attention is given to the transformation of GR in the digital era and to the prospects for its development in Russia. The research is based on a broad range of domestic and international sources and highlights the interdisciplinary nature of GR as a managerial, political, and communicative phenomenon.
