The financial lease of real estate: rights to a land plot

The article is devoted to the problem of land plot belonging that is a subject matter of financial lease and where a real estate is situated. As according to the current legislation the land plot is not a subject matter of financial lease, then the Problem of the right on the land plot where a building is situated, cannot be settled. The author points at the necessity to declare the land plot as a subject matter of financial lease because it constitutes a single complex with the real estate.
